# Silverling (Synovia) Integration

### Connection Overview

*To move forward with Silverlining integration you will need an API key. *

## Instructions:

1. Carriers will need to reach out to level 2 support at Silverling/Synovia and ask for an API key
2. Once the API key is received, please email them to your Descartes MacroPoint Activations Consultant or mpactivations@descartes.com
3. Trailer identifiers used are 'Trailer Numbers' as listed in the portal
