Requesting App Install

How It Works

The Requesting App Install section of The MAC allows users to manually update driver information or re-send the MacroPoint for Truckers Apple App Store/Google Play Store install text link.

Step 1: Select 'Carrier' and click 'Search Loads'. Navigate to 'Requesting App Install' tab.

Step 2: If driver phone number is inaccurate, click the drop-down icon next to the phone number to edit. After new number is inputted, click Save

Step 3:If phone number is correct but driver needs assisting downloading the app, click the ‘Send App Install Link’ button. The driver will be texted a link to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on their device.
